When will I receive my order ?
We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe, Asia and Australia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices for the products we champion.
Because we ship from multiple warehouses, different products can take different delivery times. A first estimation is displayed on each product page and you will receive more details when placing your order.
The timeframe for each order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality checks and packaging. All orders are sent to the relevant warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse and the relevant postal service process the orders, which takes an additional 2-4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to your address.
This shipping time differs depending on whether your order is sent by national delivery or by standard delivery.
National Delivery: The order is shipped from warehouses within your country and will be shipped using domestic/national postal services.
It should take between 7 and 14 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the national postal services of your country. Please note that 14 days is a high bracket. Our national deliveries take an average of 7 days.
Standard Delivery: The order is shipped from warehouses outside your country and will be shipped through international postal services. The final shipping time depends mostly on your country, which can be sorted in 3 Zones:
Zone 1: which includes the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Russia, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
The delivery takes between 14 and 21 days, for an average of 15 days.
Zone 2: which includes Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
The delivery takes between 18 and 26 days, for an average of 20 days.
Zone 3: which includes Ukraine, Austria, Greece, Hungary, Portugal, the United Kingdom.
The delivery takes between 20 and 39 days.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders for our customers in the US. And only $2 shipping fees for our customers worldwide. These fees stay the same, whether your order is delivered using national or standard delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do, with our standard shipping. Here are the countries we deliver to:
North America: United States, Canada.
Europe: Denmark, Finland, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ukraine, Austria, Greece, Hungary, Portugal.
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
Asia: Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Russia.
Do you provide a tracking number?
We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and entrusted to the relevant postal services.
What if I don’t receive my order?
Your orders are recorded in our databases and regularly tracked until they arrive at your place. Louis or James both take your satisfaction to heart and will be your direct contact if there is any issue with it.
If you can, please allow between 15-45 days (from the date of your order) for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed, please email us at to review the status of your order.
Refunds will be handled through email when required.
Everything seems in order, but the delivery time is still bugging me. Why should I wait that long?
